In May 2009, Cavanaugh Macdonald Consulting conducted a client satisfaction survey. The purpose of the survey was to gain a better understanding of how pleased clients were with our services. Our hope was to use the survey results to address any issues identified by clients and to better target our resources to meet client needs.
The survey was conducted online and results were tabulated by an outside firm. Clients had the option to remain anonymous. Results were analyzed for the firm as a whole, as well as by respondent and by consultant.
We are proud to report that 32 clients took the time to participate in the survey and provided us with outstanding ratings. We have taken all the feedback seriously, and are working on making further improvements in the areas suggested. Topline results are provided here, so you can see how clients perceive CMC.
